ingham Church, i'4 the village of Beflin,:in Worcester
county, be, and they are hereby 'nuthoiised to sell, dis,
pose of and convey, all. thatipat of a, tract of land ctilled
Unity) consisting of about twelve acres of land-, N, ith
the improvements thereon,' situated- and being in said
county, which was conveyed by John Hooper, of Wor.
cester county, to Charlies R. Henry, James Racldif,
John S. Spence and others, then stunding committee of
said congregation and their successors, to and for the use
of the pastor of said congregation, for the time being,
forevee, by deed bearing date the eleventh day of De-
cember eighteen hundred and twenty-six,.and recorded
among the land records in the office of th6 clerk of the
CircuitCourt of said coutit' ,y, and with the proceeds of
such sale topuirchase, procure or build a parsonage or
place of residence for the resident pastor of said congre-
gation, at some more convenient andl eligible situatiotn in:

purchased shall be held by the snid committee tid their
successors, for the same use in like mnner and under
the same trust as fhe property now authorised to be sold
