Pansed Feb V, Resolution in fayor of J. R. T. Saulsbury, and

Resolved by the General Assembly oJ* Maryland,
That the Treasurer pay to J. R. T. Saulsbury, En.
nals Hubbard, and Clinton Cook, executor of Tim-
mas A. Turner, deceased, or to their orders, the sum
of foplr dollars to each of then, being the amount
over paid the State by tie said J. R. T. Saulsbury,
Enralls Hubbard, and Thomas A- turer, as tt tax on
their commissions as judges of the Orphans court of
Caroline county, which by the clerk's return to tire
Treasurer, of June eighteen hundred and forty-eight,
will appear.

Pasved      Resolution in favor of Mrs. Ann Hammond.
Feb. 22, 1850.
Resolved by the General .'lssnmibly of Maryland,
That tire Treasurer pay to Ann Han'notd, widow of
ilhe late Rezin Hammond, deceasel, or to her order, for
the use of the heirs of said Rezin IHJammond, the sum
of eighty dollars and sixty seven cents, being the
amonnt over paid the State by the said Hammond, fir
State tax, as appears from a certificate of the clerk of
commissioners of tle tax from Aine Arumdel comity.
