eighlteon hundred and fifty-five, deem the aforesaid judg-
ments insecure, and likely to be lost, in tile whole or in
part, lie shall be and and is herchy authorised to have
the same closed by execution.
Resnlvedfurthier, That execution may be issued on
said judgments, upon the defendants dhcrein fitling to
comply with any of the provisions of the above first re-
solution, and may he issued at any time after such fitil-
tire, without revival by scire facias, except ill, the case of
the death of cither of ihe said defendants.

gett.
Resolved  by the General Asscmbly of .Aarylnd,
That in lieu of tile order in favor of tihe legal represen-
tatives of Arhridge Foggett, passed tile first day of Feb-
 ruatry, eighteen liindrcd anL fifty, the 'Treasurer of Ma-
ryland is hereby directed to pay to Gassawt y Owens,
her legal representative, tie arrears of pension accruing
o the said Arthridge Foggett, in pursuance of resolution,
number sixty-five, of 'fecember session, eighteen huti-
dred and ihirty-four.
