I'liat the Treasurer of tie Sate, be and he is hereby DU.
thorised to pay John L. Sluisbitry, clei'k to tie commis-
sionlers of Baltimore county, or order, the sum of nine
dollars, being the amount due him ior copies of collec-
tot's bond, ordered mid furnished the deqputy attorney
general, in cases where suit had been instituted for the
recovery of 8tate tax in said county.
