Thaf George Warner, junior, surviving trustee for Mrs.
'Dorothea Milienberger, under the will of George War-

authorised and empowered to lease; and to execute, iti
usugd way, a lease and leases respectively for said pro-
perty devised in trust as aforesaid, for Mrs. Dorothea
Miltenberger, in such lot and lots) parcel and parcels of
ground respectively, from time to time, of such front and
fronts ,depth and depths, dimension and dimensions, re-
qPectively, fronting and binding on the streets, lanes land
tleys, and on any of them  referred to in said will of
George Warner, deceased, as aforesaid, for ninety-nine
years, renewable forever, respectively, at, for, and sub-
ject, to the payment of such respective annual ground
rent and rents as the said surviving trustee, his succes-
sor and successors respectively may deeui fair and red-
sonable for the same, and most advantageous for said

payable as directed by the said will of George Warner,
deceased, as aforesaid.
