Passed  .S further supplement to the act entitled, an act imposii'd
March 9,1848.  et tax on the commissions allowed to Trustees amd Re-
ceivers to aid in paying the debts oj tli State, passed
at December sessioni eighteen hundred and fortb-fourr}
chapter one hundred and eighty-seven.
Bond of tru.-  Be it enacted by the General Assembly of dlhfrylant,
tesand recei- T1'hat from and after tile passagc of' this act, oi the fail-

in sunit for ne. ure of any trustee or receiver ap.ointed by the chancl2
glect to pay lor under the act to which this is a supplement, to. nake
tax.       payment of the tax as required by saidl act, it siall be
the duty of the register of the high court of chancery
to give notice to tile deputy attorney general of the
county or district where such trustee or receiver may,
reside, who shall theictipon bring suit on the bond of
such trustee or receiver so ailing to make such paty-

not todeny be- That in all pending applications for the benefit of the
nefit of  insol-
vent law be.. insolvent laws of this State, or on application hereafter
cause of ab- to be made for the benefit of the insolvent laws as afore-
scnee of :tL said in this State, where the necessary stamvs have not
stamps.    been provided or used hy the applicant as aforesaid,
either in the deed to his trustee, his bond foi his personal
appearance or his trustee's bond, it shall not be ground
or cause for tihe county courts to dismiss the same ; pro-
Proviso    vided, the applicant or applicants as aforesaid shall pay
to tile clerk of the county courts for the use of' the
Treasurer of the State of Maryland, the amount of stanp
tax as is nlow required by the revenue laws of tils State
properly chargeable fox said deed, bond or bonds, or
either of them or all of them, as the case may be, before
tile expiration of the term of the county courts to which
the applicant or applicants is or are bound to appear by
the condition of his bond for his personal appearance
taken in his or under his application as aforesaid, and
shall furnislr the county courts with the clerk's certificate
that lie I as complied with tile provisions of this act.
