Authorised to  Be it enacted by the Gencral ./]ssembly off .faryland,

bring slate. That D. H. looper of the State or Mississippi, be and
he is hereby authorised to bring into this State a negro
woman nmed Ann, a slave foi litl, from the State of
Mississippi; provided, he pay the colonization tax as
provided by the act of'eighteen hundred and thirty-nine,

r    .    That from and after the passage of this act, that the name
of the Luhi'orth Iron compaly shall be, and is hereby
changed to that of the. Mount Savage Iron Company,
with power and authority by that name, to have, ex-
ercise, hold and en joy, use and possess,.all the property
now held by the Lulworth Iron Cmnpany, and which
may hereafter be acquired by said company by its new
name, and with powe and atthority, by that name, to
hold and use the rail road purchased by the said Lul-
worth Iron Company, leading from the town of Cumber-
land to the mines amnd work- of the said company at the
Mount Svage Iron Company in Allegany county, in the
same nannet, and With the sante .ights and privileges,
and subject to the same conditions of connecting there-
with, as are conferred and prescribed by the act incor-
porating the Lulworth Iron Company, passed at Decem-
ber session eighteen hundred and forty-six, chapter
two bundred and ninety-seven, concerning rail roads.
