Wuro   .As, it Rpeirs by the journal of accounts of this
session, that thlere, is duc fhn this State, ilia sum of fortysix
thousand six hundred and forty two dollars and seventy
nine cents,
Be it enacted by the General Xatmbly of JMaryland, That Payment drected
the Treasurer of the Western shore, be and he is hereby
authorised~aqd reqtured to pay to the several persons, their
executors, admninistiators, assigns, or orders, or to such of
them as shall apply to receive the same, the several sums of
money allowed to thein respectively, as they appear to
be settled and arcertiined by the said journal of accounts
bnit of any money now in the treasury, subje!ct to appropria-
tion by the General Assembly.

Be it enacted by the General A/sseinbly oJ Maryland, That Permis,io, grancd
itshall and may be lawful for Dr. Henry Ulaggett, of Lou.
don county in the State of Virginia, to remove his negro
slaves from his larm in Virginia, to his farn in Frederick
county Maryland, and from his said farm in Frederick coun-
ty, to his said farm in Loudon county Virginia, as often and
at such times as the said Claggett, may deem fit; provided,
he cause a record entry to be made in the clerks office in
Frederick Town in said county, designating the age, name,
ind sex of Said ncgroes, immediately after bringing them
into this State, or as soon thereafter as practicable.
