Sfic. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assemblq of Maryland, That Coininissiort-
Nicholas Brice, of the city of Baltimore, one o the board of corn- ers required

name of the said commissioners, to chcck for and pay over whatever
sum of money may remain to the credit of said commissioners on
the hooks of the Mechanics Bank of Baltimore to the present com-
missioncr of said fund, appointed by an act of assembly of eighteen
hundred and twenty, a sum of money, which added to what he has
already paid to them, will amotnt to one entire moiety of the sevural
sums of inory received by the first named co missioner from  tile
treasurer of the western shore; and th:t said Nicholas Brice, also, for
and in the name of the said commissioners first named, do Assign and
transfer to the said commisisioncrs appointed by the act of eighteen
hundred and twenty; fourteen shares of Commercial and Farmers
Udank stock, and sev'eni sharcs of Mechanici Bank stock, nowv stand-

~2. And be it entird, 'l'hat the said Nicholas Brice, after paying Balance,

citY of Baltinore, under the act of eighteen hundred and twenty.

Sirc. 1 . Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mlaryland, That Repeal.

ed, so far as the same relates to Dorchester county.
