Dec. Ses. 1822 that the estate thereby transfered and conveyed shall he held accord-
~        ing to the trte meaning of tie said deeds, and shall take effect upon
the delivery of the said deeds, any law to the contrary in anywise
notwithstanding.
Infit heir.  4. And be it enacted, That the said infant heir Mary Trotten shall
he authorised to join in the said petition either by her guardian or
prochein amie.
Special trus-  5. Andbe it cnacted, That in the execution of any deed or deeds
tee.        in pursuance of the recomniendation above recited', the said inflnt
Mary Trotten shall be represented by a trustee to he appointed by
the court for that especial purpose, and all deeds and releases exe-
ctited by the said trustee in the name and on the behalf of tile said
infant, ratilied and confirmed as aforesaid by tile court, shall have as
full effect in law to convey all the right and title in and to the lands
of the said Mary Trotten; as if she was afJue .sole of full age, and
such cceds and r-eleases were executed by herslf.

(reen and Thomas Hillen, in relation to the fort.,oing lands which

locations of the said lands as established in said procedings, shall
be binding and conclusive upon the aforesaid l.)oct. James Stewart
and Duct. lichard S. Stewart, alld also upon tle aforesaid heirs of
Duct. John Trotten in the same manner as if tie aforesaid minor
Mary Trotten was a fenic sole of full age, competent to make legal
conveyances.

moietv or half p'art of tile funds arising from retailers f licenses,
payable by law, to the levy court of lialthnore county, shall hereafter
be received by the clerks of the court granting such licenses, and by
thcni shall be paid over to the said levy court, without any charge of

by hint paid over to the said Rachel lDonaldson or to her order.

ford county, that she is confined in the jail of said county for debts
which she is unable to pay; therefore,
Be it enacted by the General J,.senibil, of Maryland, That the
said negro Priss be, and she is hereby authorised to prosecute her pe-
tition for the benefit of the insolvent laws, without being compelled
to prove her residence in the state of Alaryland, for two years pre-
