said party, whether the said collector is chargeable with and liable
to pay any and what sum or sums of money to the state; and upod
such verdict of the jury, to pass judgment in the name of the state
against the said collector, upon which there shall be no writ of error,
supersedeas or appeal, and to award execution thereon as upon all
other cases of judgments had in the said court.
4. And be it enacted, That this act shall continue in force for one Limit.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly 5f Mary,land, That Divorce.
Eleanor Banks, of the city of Baltimore, be, and she is hereby di-
vorced from bed, board, and mutual cohabitation with her husband
Thomas Banks.
2. A ndbe it enacted, That all 'the right and title which the said Claims an-

had acquired to any property which she is or may become entitled1 to,
in any way or manner whatever, be and the same is hereby revoked
and repealed; and that the said Eleanor Banks be, and she'is hereby
declared capable to have, hold, take, recover, sue for, and record,
by c6inpromisc, suit or suits in law or equity, all such property, in
as full and ample a manner as if she were a feme sole, and had ne-
ver been married; and to hold, use and enjoy the same, for her own
use and benefit, and the same to dispose of according to her will and
pleasure, without the molestation, interference, hindrance or con-
sent of her said husband, in the same manner she could or might
have done were she af'me sole.

thorised at their annual meeting, so long as they may deem neces-
sary, to assess and levy on the assessable property of said county,
for the support and maintenance of Sarah Melooney (wi dow of Wil-
liam) a suiz of money not'exceeding thirty dollars, to be collected
by the collector of said county, and paid over to the said Sarah Me-
looney or to her order.    -
