slaves which he may be entitled to receive as his distributive share

Turbutt R. Betton shall, within three months after the said slave
or slaves shall have been removed as aforesaid, make out and de-
liver to the clerk of Queen-Anne's county court, a certificate or
list of said slave or slaves, stating therein the names, ages and sex.
