RIived.   Sece, 1. BE IT  EN ACIED by the Generyl Assembly of
Aw rytnd; That an act passed at December session, ei glteen
lhndred and fourteen, authorising and empowering lenry
Howard, (,f John,) of Montgomery county to remove and
bring into this state a negro slave, within one year after the pas,
sageof said act, be rnd the same is hereby revived and contin-
ued in force until the first day of January, cigliteei hundred and
seventeen.
CHAPTER 203.
1'.aseA Jan. An act for the relief of Lewis Michael of Frederick county.
n8, iI.    Sec. 1. BE ITI ENACTED by the Genernt Assembly of
eeit i -w  laryhand, That the judges of Frederick county court, or any
g, nie6. O    of them, are hereby authorised and directed to extend and
afford ta Lewis Michael, of Frederickcounty, the full benclit of
the act of assembly, passed at November sessioneighteen hun-
dred and five, entitled, an act for the relief of sundry insolvent
debtors, and the several supplements thereto, without requiring
of the said Lewis Michael to produce the assent of two thirds
of his creditors in amount.

inslvenot  laryand, That the judges or any judge of Tatbot county
extended,  court, be, and they qr any one of them are hereby authorised
and directed to extend to John Davis the benefit and relief of
the act. of assembly passed at NoVermber session eighteen huh.

thereto, in the same manner and upon the same terms and con-,
