may be hereafter instituted agoinst th* said society shall

be lawful for thl said corporation and their successors, frrcns,.
forever hereafter, to have ,a. common seal for their use,
and tile same at the will ain pleasure of them and their
suCcessors to change, altein, break and makeanew, from
time to tine, as they shall think best'; and shall in gen-
eral have and exercise all such rights, franchises, privi-
leges and immunities as by'law tire incident and neces-
sary to corporations of this kind, and which may be ne-
cessary to the corporation herein and here 'ly,constituted
and crected, to enable theih duly' and ftly in the law to
execute all tlhings' toucliing and conler i'ig the design
and intent of their said' in'corporationfor the benevolent
succour, relief and goo't or dr of'its'  peiiibcrs, and the
widows and orphanis of deceased members of the said
society, agreeably to the constituton and such rules and
bye. laws as may be established by the said society.
8. AN1) BE'IT, ENACTED, Tha Cio. member of Losses-mex
the said society shall im his individual capacity be answer- be not a.
able for any losses,, deficiencies or,,- fitilures. of the
joint fund of the said s6ciety, for'any more Orlarger sum
or sumns of money whatisoever than to the current amount
by him payable into'thecommon fund'of the socicity.  .
9. AND BE IT ENAOTED, Thiat if at any time it ii,aIQ  n.
may be necessary to dissolve this so.ciety, a, proposition 
to that effect shall be laid on the table' in writing,at a stat-
ed meeting of the society, and may be, discussed at the
next stated or special meeting, but shall not be finally
decided on until it has been two full iionths before the
society ;. and shall not take effect unless three fourths of
the members residing within th2 city and precincts of
Baltimore are in favor thereof.
