To authorize the AWitor of Public Accounts to employ an additional Clerk in his olce.
SEcTIoN 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-
tives of the State of Louisiana, in General Assembly convened, That
the Auditor of Public Accounts be, and he is hereby authorized, to
employ an additional Clerk in his office, for one year, at a salary of
twelve hundred dollars per annum, and that said sum he, And the
same is hereby appropriated to carry said Act into effect.
SEC. 2. Be it further enacted, &c., That this Act take effect from
and 4fter its passage.
