Relative to appointment and ditties of Under-Curators to interdicted persons.
An ender-cura.  SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and Ifouse of Representatives of
o t aitnet the State of Louisiana, in General Assembly convened, 'I hat in every Cu-
en 'a CrtrI ratorship to an interdicted person, there shall be an Under-Ourator, whom
atppointod.  it shall be the duty of the Judge, or the Clerk of the District Court, to
appoint at the same time the letters of Curatorship are certified for the
Curator.
DUttesortndCr  -c. 2. Be itfurther enacted, &c., That it shall be the duty of the Under-
Curator.    Curator to act for the interdicted person, whencver the interest of the inter-
dicted person is in opposition to the interest of the Curator.
Cannot  na  Sno. 3. Be it further enacted, 4-c., That the Under-Curator cannot be a
ni-nilor  or  ft
roandy mueting member of family meetings, but must be present for the purpose of advis-
btoid ing, and when lie is of opinion that. the determination of the family meet-
and advise.  ing is injurius to the interest of the interdicted person, it shall be his
duty to oppose the homologation of the proceedings.
11now viCanc  Sgc. 4. Be it further enacted,  -c., That the Curatorship shall not devolve

ship Ehall i0 upon the Under-Curator when the same shall becone vacant, but when it
filced.     shall become necessary to appoint another Curator, it shall be the duty of
the Under-Curator, under his responsibility, to cause such an appointment
to be made.

readsas follows: That hereafter all Sheriffs and Coroners sales shall he
advertised to take place, and shall take place at the Court House or at,
some other public place in the vicintity of said Court House, on the first
aturday in each month, commenciug at eleven o'clock A. M., after the ex-
piration of the time required by law for the advertisement of such sales,
and the said Sheriffs or Coroners shall have the right to adjourn said sale
