Allowing the citizens of DeSoto parish to build a bridge over the Bayou Wiusey.
rermid os to  Be it enacted by the Senate and Bouse of Representatives of the State of
build a bridge. Louissand, in General Assembly convened, That the citizens of DeSoto parish
be, and are herby authorized to construct a bridge across the Bayou
Winsey ; Provided, That said bridge does not interfere with the naviga-
tion of the said Bayou Winsey.

the city of Shreveport.

port, shall be brought as follows, to wit: The city of Shreveport versus, or
if defendant, versus the city of Shreveport.

to the provisions of this Act be, and are hereby repealed, and that this
Act take effect from and after its passage.
