     *       days notice, onf such teinis and conditions as he may thin k best for all
             parties concerned, a negro  woinani named  Melite, aged 45 years, belong-
             ing to said succession, without the necessity of the convocation of family
             meetings of the  minor heirs (if said succession, or other legal formalities.
