For the relief of Aspasie and Catiche Boham, free womenof color.
SECTION 1. Be it cnacted by the Senate and Rouse of Representa-
Aspaslo and tiVCS of the State of Louisiana in General Assembly convened, That
unseh noisam the State of Louisiana hereby renounces, in favor of Aspasie Bo-
take charger ea ham and Catiche Boliam, free women of color, of the parish of St.
certain eatte. Tamany, all right, title and interest in and to the estate of Henry
Fletcher, free man of color, late of the parish of Orleans, deceased,
who are hereby authorized and empowered to take charge of said
estate to the same extent that the State of Louisiana is now enti-
tied : provided, that all legal costs and charges heretofore paid by
the State, or for which the State may be liable, including the fees,
if any there may be, which may be due to the attorney or attorneys
employed by the State, be first paid by the said Aspasie and Catiche
Bohiam.

To regulate the municipal government of the town of Mansfield.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and Rouse of Representa-
t or Mayor tives of the State of Louisiana in General Assemby convened, That
nd ldermen In whenever the legal voters of the town of Mansfield shall give -their
certain cases.  assent to license drinking houses, or for the retail of spirituous li-
quors, the Mayor and Aldermen of said town shall have the right of
regulating the amount or rate to be paid for such license. And,
hereafter, all writs, orders and process issued by the authority of
said Mayor and Aldermen, and directed to the Sheriff of the parish
of DeSoto, or his deputies, or to the constablo of the police ward in
which the said town is situated, shall be executed by them under
the same responsibilities as if issued by any legally constituted court
Soin the said parish.
