Penalty In cae  SEc. 2. Be it further enacted, d-c., That any Parish Tresurer
rear.      neglecting or refusing to comply with the foregoing section, within
three months after the passage of this Act, shall be subject to pay a
fine of not less than one hundred dollars, nor more than three hun-
dred dollars, recoverable before any court having competent juris-
diction, at the discretion of the court, to be added to the school fund
of said parish. This Act to take effect from and after its passage.

of the State of Louisiana, in General Assemibl conrened, That all that
