To repeal the sixty-fifth section of an Act entitled anx Act to provide a revenue and the

peaaled.   lows    That it shall be the duty of the Auditor of Public Accomunts
to cause to be sold annually on the first Monday of May, by the Tax
Colleetor of the parish, or district in which the forfeited lands may
be situated, for cash, to the highest bidder, all lands forfeited to
the State, which shall not hal e been redeemed within two years, as
above provided, after thirty (lays notice having been given by the
Tax Collector, by publication in somie newspaper published in his
parish; or when there is no newspaper, by notice thereof posted ip
at three public places in tile parish, the money so collected shall be
paid into the State Treasury as other taxes, be and the same is lire-
by repealed.
