ing thirty-first day of March, one thousand eight hundred and fifty-five.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and Hlouse of Repre-
sentatives of the State of Louisiana in General Assembly con-

1854, and ending on the 31st of March, 1855.
1 For the salary of the Governor,        -       -  $4,000 00
2 For the salary of the Secretary of State,  -       2,000 00
3 For the salary of the Clerk of Secretary of State's
Office,      -       -      -       -       -    1,000 00
4 For copying the Acts of the Legislature, for pro-
mulgation,       -      -       -       -          600 00
5 For the salary of the State Treasurer,       -     2,500 00
6 For the salary of the Auditor of Public Accounts,   4,000 00
7 For the salary of the Chief Clerk Auditor's Office,  2,000 00
8 For the salary of the Governor's Private Secretary,  1,000 00
9 For the salary of the State Superintendent of Public

10 For the salary of the Attorney General,        -    3,500 00
