WannaAs, Z. S. Lyons, late District Attorney for the Soventl Judi
eial District of the State of Louisiana, did, in the year eighteen
hundred and .ffty-two, prosecute to conviction, and sentence a fin
to the amount of one thousand dollars, one W. H. Glass, of the
parish of West Felioiana, ohared with keeping a banking game
and gambling house in said parish; And whereas the said fine, one,
half which lawfully belonged to said Lyons, was remitted by the
Governor, by -and with the advice and consent of the Senate,

eiana, and that the same be paid to her on the warrant of the Auditor

SEc. 2. Be it further enacted, 4-c., That the sum of five hun-
dred dollars be, and the same is hereby appropriated out of any money
in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated,,for the payment of the
