Forming a Levee District, to be composed of the Parish of Carroll, Madison and
Catahoula, for the better protection of same from inundation.
Certain parishes,  Section 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

of said lands to be ascertained by the assessment rolls of each of said
parishes.
