Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives ration of the State of Louisiana, in General Assembly convened, That the $in fravor of treasurer of the State be required to pay Allen Harris, sheriff of the Allen Harri. parish of Claiborne, on the warrant of the auditor of public accounts, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, one hundred and fifty dollars, the amount paid by said Harris to Crawford Dear, of the State of Mississippi, for retaking and returning L. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Louisiana, in General Assembly convened, That the Emancipation of heirs of the late Stefano Barabino, be, and they are hereby authori- zed, by act before any notary public, in the parish of St. Mary, to emancipate Eloy Barabino, a slave belonging to the said heirs, and upon the execution of said act, the said Eloy be, and he is hereby au- thorized to reside in this State.
