No. 184.                   AN ACT
To amend an act, entitled An Act regulatine the manner of making judicial sales,
approved February twenty-seventh,eighteen hundred and fifty-two.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of
the State of Louisiana, in General Assenbly convened, That the
Acertain actnot provisions of the act entitled, An Act regulating the manner of ma-
lal to S h .i  judicial sales, approved February twenty-scvenith, eighteen
nnr hundred and fifty-two, shall not apply to the parish of St. Bernard.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
I)otal ptoverty an- Stale of Louisiana, in General Assembly convened, That Judith
thoriedtob olt. 'Toutant, wife of Emile Le Gendre, he, and she is hereby authorized,
with the assistance of her husband, to sell the slaves Irma and
her children Charles, Oscar and Rosa, hoin  dotal property of said
Mrs Le Gendre.
