Be -it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives A ocerfain Bill of the State of Louisiana, in General Assembly convened, That the heirs of tugono sum of four hundred and seventeen dollars and fifty cents, beintg Fortier. tamount of State duties paid into the treasury, on sales of plantation and slaves belonging to the succession of the late Eugene Fortier deceased, 1e refunded to his legal heirs, payable unto thern by a war- rant of the Auditor of Public accounts on the State Treasurer. Sec. 2. Be it further enacted, 4c., That the sum of four liutin- Appropriationof dred and seventeen dollars apd fifty cents be, and the same is hereby appropriated out of any monies in the treasury not otherwise appro- priated.
