reads thus: One of the marriage couple may either by marriage con,

And in case the donor leaves children or legitimate descendants, he
can give to the other either a tenth part in full property, or the usu.

altered and amended so as to read as follows: Either of the married
couple may either by marriage contract, or during the marriage give
to the other in full property, all that he or she might give to a
stranger.

Be it resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
State of Louisiana, in General Assembly convened, That the State

Improvement of Aux-Beufs with the State hands on said boat to proceed to the im.

For the relief of 0. Cony G. Drehr.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-
tives of the State of Louisiana, in General Assembly convened, That
the sum of fifty dollars be, and the same is hereby appropriated out
of any moneys in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the
Appropriation of purpose of paying the expenses incurred by 0. Cony G. Drehr in
G.o i favor or removing Joseph Clough, accused of negro stealing, from the jail in
G. Drehr. Jackson, Mississippi; said sum to be paid to said 0. G. Drehr, by the
treasurer of the State on the warrant of the auditor of public
accounts.
