Louisiana, in General Assembll convened, That the sum of two hundred

), an behualforAuitor of Public Accounts, out ofr any fnds not otherwise appropriated, in
ui. tiyarln.  1ul1 payment for the keeping, foeding, clothing and adveri   expns  of
a certain runaway slave, named Stephen, who was sold out of the depot
jail at Baton Rouge; and for the keeping, Ibeding, clothing, advertising and
burial expenses of a runaway slave, named Sylvia, who died in the depot
jail at Baton Rouge, without having been claimed by their owners.
