For the relief of Th6eophile Allain.
Be it enacted, by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State
of Louisiana, in General Assembly concened: That the State Treasurer
Appprianon be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to Th60phile Allain, out of any
oe   on be- money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one hundred
phaa Ilt. and twenty-two dollars, for plank furnished for the use of the convict slaves
while constructing a road from the Mississippi River to the Bayou Grosse

Be it enacted, by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State
of Louisiana, in Gencral Assembly convened: That the State Treasurer
Appropriation be, and he is hereby, authorized and required to pay to Alcibiades Derivas,
of *15 on be-on the warrant of the Auditor of Public Accounts, the sum of twenty-five

rivas.    dollars, as compensation fbr printing the State Constitution in the French
language, on the 14th June, one thousand, eight hundred and forty-five.
