Manner of  Sre. 4. Be it further enacted, etc.: That the several sums bereinbefore
'ayingdtUS appropriated shall be paid by the State Treasurer upon the warrant of
the Auditor of Public Accounts, drawn in favor of the persons entitled to
the same.

For the relief of Daniel Hoard.
Be it enacted, by the Senate and Ilouse of Representatires of the State
s11110 to tof Louisiana, in General Assembly conretned: That the State Treasurer
paid to Daniel be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to Daniel Hoard, on the warrant
unara.    of the auditor of public accounts, the sum of twelve thousand dollars, on
account of a certain contract made by said Hoard with the State Engineer,
for the performance of certain works on the Raccourci Cut.off, including
in said sum of twelve thousand dollars the sum of eight thousand three
hundred and sixty dollars, already received by the said Hoard from the
State Engineer; the said stun to be paid out of the Internal Improvement
Fund.
