 Two commis-  SEC. 2. Be it further enacted, 4-c., That each of the aforesaid police
 eitdtoboabujuries shall have power to appoint, in the manner hereinafter provided, two
 aforesaid police commissioners to direct the expenditures of the money set apart for this
 res  t    object, in such manner  as may  seem to them  most advantageous; which
 re of the me-commissioners shall be vested with such powers as the said police juries

Timeforwhich  SEc. 4. Be it further enacted, 4-c., That each of the aforesaid police
    com isi- juries, in appointing the two commissioners aforesaid, shall appoint in the
appointed. first instance, one to serve for one year, and the other to serve for two
           years, and thereafter one in each and  every year, who  shall serve until
           their successors shall have been appointed and sworn into office, or until
           the office shall be abolished by the said police juries.
