                                 Vor tho reliefof Pierre D upart, i. m. c
             Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the .tate of
Annual appro0 Louisiana, in General Assembly convened, That the State treasurer be,
nizty-st. dol- and he is hereby authorized to pay to Pierre Dupart, f. m. c., a veteran of
a      or ot eighteen hundred and fourteen and eighteen hundred and fifteen, the sum
m a. c.   of ninety-six dollars per annum for two years, to be paid upon the  arirant
           of the auditor of public adcounts, in monthly instalments of eight dollars
           each, out of any monies in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.

           Louisiana, in General Assembly convened, That Isaac A. Smith, a minor
 mancipati, now residing in the city of New Orleans, be, and he is hereby omanci-
 Smith, a minor pated, and dispensed with the time required by law for attaining the age
           of majority.
