  Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of
Louisiana in General Assembly convened, That the Honorable  WV. D.
Boyle, Judge of the Seventh Judicial District, havc, leave of absence from
his Court during the pendency of the investigation of certain charges pre.
ferred against him in the House of Representatives.

                       For the relief of William Mills.
   Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Rcpresentatives of the State
of Louisiana in General Assembly convened, That William Mills, a citi.
zen of the parish of Rapidos, he, and he is hereby released from a certain
judgment rendered against him-the  judgment of the Sixth Judicial Dis-
trict, during the November Term of the said Court, in the year eighteen
hundred and  forty.three-the said Mills having complied with the requi-
sitions of the law.

   Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State
 of Louisiana in General Assembly convened, That the Treasurer of the
 State be, and he is hereby authorized to pay to Robert Troth, on his ovn
 warrant, the sun of three hundred dollars, out of any monies in the Trea.
 sury not otherwise appropriated, said anmunt being the appraised value of
 the slave Alfred, the property of said Troth, who was executed October,
 the twventy.eighth, eighteen hundred and forty-six.
