Be it enacted by the Senate and .House of Representatives of the State of
Louisiana, in General Assembly     convened ; That the State Treasurer
be and is hereby authorized and requested to pay to P. Mallard, on his
own warrant the sum of five hundred and ninety-four dollars, for certain
repairs and works done to the hall in which the Supreme Court, of the
State hold their sessions in the City of New Orleans, which sum of five
hundred and ninety-four dollars, shall be paid out of any moniesin the
Treasury not otherwise appropriated.

as Collector of the State Taxes of the parish of St. Martin for the year
eighteen hundred and foity-two, the sum of sixty-one dollars and fifty-
one cents, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise disposed of.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State
of Louisiana in General Assembly convened ; That the first section of the
English text of the act referred to, be so amended as to agree with the
French text, and to apply to any person whatever, as enacted in the
French text.

the State of Louisiana in Geieral Asseimbly convened, That all and
singular the provisions contained in the first and second sections of an
act entitled  An Act to provide more effectually for the trial of certain
causes, approved February sixteenth, one thousand eight hundred and
forty-two be, and they and each of them hereby are extended to the se-
veral parishes composing the tenth Judicial District.
