SEc. 2. Be It further enacted, 4v. That the seventy-second section of

time he receives the lists, reserving however his per centage; and should
any person amenable to the fine imposed have moved away from the

shall discharge the Collector from any accountability for said fine.
SEC. 3. Be it further enacted, 4-c. That the person appointed to collect

forty days and not accounted for the same.

SEc. 5. Be it further enacted, 4c. That the fund created by the inflic-
tion and collection of fines for, each Regiment or Battalion, shall be ad-

SEc. 6. Be it further enacted, 4. That the funds created by the col-

fines       expenses of the Regiment or Battalion, under the direction of the Board
aforesaid.
SC. 7. Be it further enacted, 4. That the surplus funds, over and
above the necessary expenses of the Regiment or Battalion, shall be paid
Application or over by the Regiment or Battalion Pay-Master to the Brigade Pay-
surplus funds. Master, and shall be under the direction of a Board to administer the
same, appropriated to the use and benefit of the volunteer corps of the
Brigade.
SEC. 5. 'Be it further enacted, 4v. That the Board to administer the
surplus funds inentioned in the foregoing section shall' be composed of
the Brigadier-General, the senior Colonel of the militia, and the senior
Adminilrators officer of the volunteers; in case of vacancy of the office of Brigadier-
ofsurpluefunds. General, or his absence from whatever cause, his place shall be supplied
by the Major-General of the Division, and in his default by the Govern-
