Horned cattle, Under ten in number, per head, fifty
Cents.
Horned cattle, more than ten in number, thirty-seven
and a half cents.
Hogs, sheep, &c., per head, twelve and a half cents.
SEC. 3. Be it further enacted, &c., That if any other

every day said ferry may he in operation, to be reco-
vered before any court of competent jurisdiction, for
the benefit of said Elisha Collins, his heirs or assigns;
Provided, that this section shall not be construed as to
prevent persons from keeping and crossing, at said
place, boatsof any description for their own use.
Su.c. 4. Be it further enacted, &c., That if said

cient ferry-boat and skiffs, as contemplated by this act,
