SECT. 3. Be it further enacted, 4-c., That the sum

Al      phan Asylum, to be paid on the warrant of the Treasu-
rer of said Asylum, out of any funds in the Treasnry
not otherwise appropriated.
SECT. 4. And be it further enacted, 4'c., That the
State Treasurer be and he is hereby requircd to pay to
Soo to rsir. Mrs. Widow Wilkinson, Governess of the IJilneburg
Wlkinson.  Female Orphan Asylum, out of any money in the Trea-
sury, not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one thou-
sand dollars for her extra services as Superintendant of
said Asylum.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of
Ripresentativsof the Sta e of Loubiiana in Gewral As-
Separate Po. sinmbly co.vined, That from and after the passing of this
ig hthryofta law there shall be created a separate Police Jury in and
riverereard. for that portion of the Parish of Orleans, situate on the
right bank of the River Mississippi which said Police
Jury shall have the right to sue and to be sued, to plead
and to be impleaded before any Court under the style and
Its name and name of Police Jury of the Parish of Orleans on the
