No. 29.-AN ACT to authorize the police jury of the parishes
of West Feliciana and Livingston to emancipate certain slaves
therein mentioned.
SECT. 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House
of Representatives of the State of Louisiana, in gene-
ral assembly convened, That the police jury of the
