RESOLUTION.
SeCTIoN. 1. Be it resolved by the Senate and House of Re-
presentatives of the State of Louisiana, in General Assenmbly
convened, That from and arfter the commencement of the pre-
sent session up to the day of adjourninent inciisively the per
diem of the following oflicers of lhe Senate and house of Repre-
sentatives shall be fbr each translator and miniut clerk, toi
dollars; each onrolling clerk, seven dollars, each reporter, ten
dollars, each sergent at arms, seven dollars, cach door keeper,
six dollars.
SECT. 2. Be it further resorCd, LS'C. That the Stoat trea-
surer be and he is hereby directed to pay to the secreItary of the
Senate and clerkof the House of Repreisentatives on: their war-
rant the three last quarters of their respective salaries after the
adjournment oftheLogislature.
SeCT. 3. Be it further resolved, of'c. That an addiliounal sum
of two hundred dollars he and the same is heroby allowed to the
reporter of the Senatefolr extra services rendered by him as clerk
of thogeneral cnommittco ofinvestigaution of the bainis.
Snet. 4. Bc it further resolred, LS. That J. iayon he paid,
as extra compensation for printing the baiik reports and tlocui-
nients annexed to them ind ordered to be published with them,
at the usual rates charged by printers in the city of New Or-
leans, and that the treasuicr be and he is hereby authorised to
pay the same on the production by said IUayon of evidence
that the work has been completed, and an estimate sworn to by
two of the publishers of' newspapers in said city of tle amount
and cost of said work provided that the same does not exceed
four thousand dollars.

thorised to pay to Jacob Klady the sum of three hundred dollars,
and the like sum of three hundred dollars to Daniel 11. Two-
