SEC, 7. And be it further enacted, etc., That the keeping of
.a sign or advertising to do insurance business, shall be full proof
that they are in operation.

AN ACT
Supplementary to an act, to provide for the pirrchase of an additional
nuoiber of negroes for the use of the State, to be employed on objects
of internal improvements, and for other purposes.
Be, it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-
tives of the State of Louisiana in General Assembly convened,
That so much of the above recited act, in the fifth section
thereof, as stipulates that the interest on said bonds shall be
payable at the office of the Stite Treasury, be so amended as
to authorize the Treasurer to issue the bonds of the State, coun-
tersignod by the Governor, as provided for in the fifth section of
the before recited act, and to make the interest on tnid bonds
payable semi-annually in any place within the United States,
where they may be enabled to sell said bonds.

To authorize the executors of James Green, late of Adams county, State
of Mississippi, to remove the administration of that portion of his
estate, situate and being in the Parish of Concordia, State of Louisiana,
to Adams county, State of Mississippi.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
of the State of Louisiana in General Assembly convened,
That Eliza C. Wood, Mdtilda S. Raily, and J.ames Ruily, execu-
tors of the last will and testament of James Green, late of Adams
county, and State of Mississippi, deceased, be and they are
hereby authorized to remove the administration of that portion
