Duty of the  SEC. 8. Be it further encted, &c., That it shall be the duty

road, and make a report thereof to the Governor as soon as prac-

SEc. 0. And be it further enacted, 4-c., That said company
are hereby flly invested with all the rights and privileges con-
ferred on the Clinton and Port Hudson Rail-road company by
uections ninth, tenth, eleventh and twelfth of the act of the Le-
gidlature, approved February seventh, one thousand eight hun-
dred and thirty-three.
