treasury of the State, not otherwise appropriated, the sev-
eral sums of forty dollars to each; and this law shall be and
remain in force from and after the passage hereof, as other
laws relative to the revenue laws of this State, passed
March twenty-seventh, eighteen hundred and thirteen.

AN ACT
For the relief of P. Barry, Thomas J. Lawler and Thomas Norrell.
SECT. 1. B- it enacted by the Senate and House oj
Representatives of the State of Louisiana, in General Assem-
bly convened, That the sum of one hundred dollars be paid
$100 allowed by the treasurer of the State, to P. Barry, on his warrant,
to P. Barry. out of any money in the treasury not otherwise disposed of,
for services rendered by him as district attorney in the pa-
rish of Natchitoches, for the last term of the court in said
parish.
$125 to T.J.  SECT. 2. Be it further enacted, 4e. That the sum of
Lawler.    one hundred and twenty-five dollars be paid by the treasurer
of this State, to Thomas J. L wler, on his warrant, out of
any moneys in the treasury not otherwise disposed of, for
keeping the slave Augustin in the public prison of St. Lan-
dry, from the seventeenth of June, eighteen hundred and
thirty, until the twenty-fourth of October, eighteen hundred
and thirty-one.
