he shall so keep a tavern or billiard table be compelled
to pay a fine of ten dollars.
SEC. 7. Be it further enacted, &c. That all fines in-
cine ow re- curred in pursuance of the provisions of the abo% e sec-
tions relating to the town of Franklin, shall be recov-
ered at the suit of the President of the said board of
trustees before any Justice of the Peace, keeping his
office within the limits of said town. and in all such cas-
es the proceedings shall be the same as ii other cases
of debt: provided,, however, that the defendant shall
be cited to appear in three days after service of the
Police jury warrant or citation.
