said, and shall deposit two hundred and fifty copies of the said
work in the office of the treasurer, who is authorized to sell the
same at the price vf six dollars per volume: Provided, That the
printer shall deliver all the copies printed to the secretary oF state,
under the penalty of two thousand dollars, to be recovered betore
any court of competent jurisdiction, to the benefit of the state,
which recovery may be made by motion of the attorney general.
SECT. S. Be it further enacted, & c. That the reporter of the
DuLy of the said decisions shall attend to the printing thereof, and use his
reporter.   best care that the same be done correctly, and that he shall re-
ceive for all his services, an annual compensation of tclve hun-
dred dollars, to be paid quarterly by the treasurer of the state,
out of any motley in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
SECT. 4. Be it farther cnacted, Rc. That all the copies of

SECT. 1. Be it enacted by thc Senate and House of Represen-
tatives of the State of Louisiana, in General Assembly convened,
