AN ACT To anier the second and fifth sections of an act, entitled An
act relative to the Harbor. master, and master and wardens and Pilots of
Now-Orleans, approved on the 30th of MVarch 1805.  .
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representativesof
the state of Louisiana in general assembly convened, That it
shall be forthwith,-the.dutyof the treasurer-of the Charity
Hospital of the city of New-Orleans, to sue in his.said capaci-
ty, for the recovery of any fines.ihich may be incurred under
the provisions of the second and fifth sections.of the act to
which this is an amendment; said fines,when recovered, to be
paid to the said treasurer for the use of the said Hospital.

Althee Moreau Lislet, his wife from the bonds of matrimony.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of
the-state of -Louisiana in general -assembly convened, That
Jean Baptiste Desdunes Le'Clair and Julie Elizabeth Althee
Moreau Lislet, his wife, be and they - are hereby divorced
from the bonds of matrimony.
SEc. 2. .Ind be itfurther enacted, That this act shall take its
effect from the day of its approbation.
