AN ACT to grant leave of absence to F. i. Martin, one of the judges of the
Supreme court of the State of Louisiana.
Be it enacted by the Senate' and House of Representatives
of, the State of Louisiana in general assenblY convened, That
leave of absenting himself for a term not exceeding six months,
shall be granted to F. X. Martin, one of the judges of the supreme
court of the State of Louisiana.

SEC. 1. Be it enacted 6Vj the Senae and House of Represen-
tatives of the State of Louisiana i wkeneral assenibly convened,

after the passing of this act, all and every person and persois

on way or sla
ig       m or slaves, or shall hire, aid or counsel anypperson or persons to
