To authorise the payment to Bradford F Ancer.
son for a slave killed when running away.
Be -t -nacted by th Legislative Council and House
of Represe...tatives of the Territory of Orleans in gene.
ral assenbly convened, That the Treasurer of the
Territory of Orleans be, and lie is hereby authorised
to pay to Bradford & Anderson the sum of three
hundred.,dollars, on account of a certain slave, their
property, named William, who was killed out of this
Territory when running away.
