AN ACT
Eflabli/hing an explicit fee bill.
Sec. I.     E it enaald by the governor of
)the territory of Orleans, by and
with the advice and confent of the legyilative
council thereof, That the fees of the leveral
officers throughout this territory thall be as
hereinafter is limited, afcertained and ap.
pointed.
That the fees to be received by attornies
at law thall be as follows:

other proceedings, for each theet of
feventy-two words, thirty-feven and
a half cents, and copy at eighteen
cents.
For attending judge for order,  I
