Fort aines shall have flor its corporate limits as follows ; coin-orpous
mencing on the west bank of' the Chattatoochoo river, on the line  u.
dividing the State of' Alabama and Georgia, at a point opposite the
mouth of the Semochiechobec creek and running across said river
to the mouth of the said creek, then running east on the old divi-
ding line between Randolph and Early coities to the north east
corner of lot number 361, thence south on the east line of 1111111-
bers 361, 32 and 303 to the Ledbetter Branch, thence the said
branch west to the south line of number 36:3, thencve due west
across the-Chiattaboochee river to a point oti its western bank on
the line dividing the States of Georgia andt Alabaina, thence ont
said State line to the place of beginning ; and that the inhabitants
now living and that may hereafter reside within the said limits be,
and they are hereby constitited and made a body corporate by the
name and style of' the town of Fort Gaines; and the said inhabi-,m town
tants who are entitled to vote for members of the General Assem- '.t..
